GUM TREE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH • TUPELO, MS
Gum Tree is a small but growing church family. Our aim is to be a welcoming church where members and visitors can engage in God-honoring corporate worship, Bible study, fellowship, and ministry opportunities. Our worship style is a mixture of relaxed traditional and fairly contemporary. For more about Gum Tree—including the basics of what we believe, more on what a church is and does, what it means to be both a Presbyterian and Reformed church, what to expect here on a Sunday morning, and more—see below.
Gum Tree is part of the ARP denomination. “Rooted in Reformation, Growing in Grace.” For more info, visit:

The preaching of God’s Word can be streamed live on Sunday Mornings at 10:45am. Also feel free to browse through our ever-growing archive of Sunday services below. It is our conviction that “virtual” and in-person worship service are not the same thing, and that two things, so different, cannot be substituted for each other. The Westminster Confession of Faith’s instructions about worship assumes that Lord’s Day worship is a physical gathering: “The reading of the Scriptures with godly fear; the sound preaching, and conscionable hearing of the Word, in obedience unto God with understanding, faith, and reverence; singing of psalms with grace in the heart; as, also, the due administration and worthy receiving of the sacraments instituted by Christ; are all parts of the ordinary religious worship of God” (WCF, 21:5). We would encourage you to come worship with the body of Christ in person unless you are physically prevented from doing so.
